We have been customers of AXL for many years and have recently used them to replace all of the hardware in our system and to extend its coverage. He took the time at the survey to discuss with us and explain where the sensors were going and also the positioning of the keypad.
It was executed very efficiently on the day of installation and he took the time to run through how to operate the keypad and also went to a lot of trouble to make sure we understood the app and how it worked together with the push notifications. He even went to the trouble of calling me back after the installation to explain how I could reduce the push notifications if I wished to just those that I wanted, which was really useful.
I have spoken with him since as our son who lives overseas has also now downloaded the app as this will be invaluable when we are on holiday for instance as I then won’t need to access roaming on my mobile now our son has access enabled by the app.
The system seems very easy to operate and was fitted with no fuss and a lot of care by Tony, and also Luke who was very personable and efficient under Tony’s guidance.
