Should I have my alarm system maintained?
Yes! Every alarm system should be maintained. We recommend an annual service to maintain your alarm systems effectiveness
How long does a maintenance visit take?
It can take, on average, 45 minutes, but this is dependent on the system you have installed.
What is the difference between a bells-only alarm system and a monitored alarm system?
A bells-only alarm system provides extra security and omits a loud noise when activated. A monitored system however sends a signal to an operator who will respond in real-time – 24/7!
Can I upgrade my bells-only alarm system into a monitored alarm system?
Yes, if you wish to upgrade your current system we can install a monitored system for you and provide the monthly monitoring.
How long will my alarm system omit a siren once activated?
Our alarm systems are designed to emit a loud noise for 20 minutes and then stop. If however, the alarm system has not been reset, meaning the alarm was turned off by the system’s key fob the system will automatically re-alarm if triggered.

Our 2-Way Voice Monitored Alarm system allows you to rest assured that if anything happens to your elderly relative then the alarm can be activated. Our alarms can be activated by the customer or via the alarm’s pre-programmed settings that monitor for and react to various events and then notify an operator. These alarm events include smoke, panic, medical alerts or even an unexpected knock at the door. If the alarm is triggered, an operator will automatically respond (round the clock, 365 days a year) and call you or another approved key holder, and providing you with extra reassurance.
